The Harming and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 21st day of March, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consid~tion of Case No. S-1108. PCS PrimeCo Wirel~.~ Communications Antenna and
Accessory_ Cabinet, zoning change from "A' (Agriculture) to "A-S.U.P" (Agriculture, Special
Use Permit), to allow a wireless communications antenna be mountedto an T.U.
Electric Tower with an accesso~ cabinet at the base of She tower, located approximately 1,000'
southwest of the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard ~ut the TU transmission line easement;
north of Beltline Road, at the request of Masterplan. All interested citizens of the City of
Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in
the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion
concerning this zoning change request by letter ~ to the City of Coppell Planning
Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
