Reogan, AIA Mr. Pert Virtanen Assistant Planning Director City of Coppell 255 Parkway Coppell, Texas 75019 Re: St. Ann's Catholic Church Dear Mr. Virtanen, Please accept this letter as a formal request for a time extension to the existing special use permit on the St. Ann's Catholic Church epansion. Per our conversation this date, it's our understanding that the existing SUP (reference S 1121) has expired but that it is anticipated that an extention might be granted. It is our understanding that we anticipate applying for a building permit within approximately four months, however, due to internal approval processes, this may be somewhat uncertain. Therefore, we would request an extension of the existing SUP through November of 1999. It is our understanding that this request is to be submitted to City Council for a vote approximately November 10, 1998. We appreciate your assistance on this matter. Should you have any questions or require further information, please call me at your convenience. Sincerely, A~N~~IS, INC. Michael W.
