RE: S-1116. Mexican Restaurant/Private Club
Dear Mr. Brown:
This letter is to inform you that Case No. S-1116, Mexican Restaurant/Private Club, zoning
change from ?D-C (Planned Development, Commercial) to ?D-C-S.U.P. (Planned Development,
Commercial, Special Use Permit) to allow the operation of a dining facility/private club, having
a total indoor seating capacity of 156 and outdoor patio seating capacity of 60, located in the
Valley Ranch Plaza at the southwest corner of MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road, was
approved by the Coppell City Council on Tuesday, September 10, 1996, subject to the Site Plan
and compliance with all the conditions specified in Section 30-16 of the Zoning Ordinance
relative to Special Use Permits for restaurants.
In order to prepare an Ordinance, we need to assemble appropriate documentation. When this
has been completed and the Ordinance has been approved by Council, a copy will be sent to
you.
