Dear Mr. Brown
On September 10, 1996, the Coppell City Council approved the change in zoning from PD-C
(Planned Development, Commercial) to PD-C-S.U.P. (Planned Development, Commercial,
Special Use Permit) to allow the operation of a dining facility/private club, having a total
indoor seating capacity of 156 and outdoor patio seating capacity of 60, located in the
Valley Ranch Plaza at the southwest comer of MacArthur Boulevard and Beltline Road.
Attached you will find a copy of Ordinance No. 91500-A-142 which was approved by
Council and signed by the Mayor on October 8, 1996.
