NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commi~ion of the City of Copper will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 21st day of November, 1996, at 7:30 p.m., in the Copper Town Center, for consideration of Case No. S-1117. Lone Star Gas Company's Natural Gas Measuring Station, zoning change from C (Commercial) to C-S.U.P. (Commercial, Special Use Permit) at the request of Ensereh Corporation, to allow the construction of a natural gas measuring station on a 900 square foot lot, located approximately 700 feet east of the intersection of Beltline Road and MaeArthur Boulevard. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City of Copper and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his. or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
