Dear Sir:
This letter is to formally notify you that the metering station your company recently
installed in the vicinity of MacArthur and E. Beltline Road in Coppell, Texas is in
violation of the Coppell Fire Code and the Special Use Permit that was issued by the
Coppell City Council.
A Fire Department access road was required to be installed prior to the construction of
this metering station. A recent inspection of the site has shown that the installation has
been done without the required access road being installed. This access road is to be
installed by no later than April 9, 1997.
Your cooperation is important in resolving this matter since failure to complete the access
road by April 9, 1997 will result in citations being issued for each day the violation
continues. Texas State Law presently provides for penalties of up to $2,000.00 per day
with each day constituting a separate violation.
If you have any questions, please contact me at (972)304-3503.
Sincerely,
vis R. CrumlSo
Acting Fire Marshal
