Notice of 2/20/97 P&Z mtg.NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARNG The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 20th day of February, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. S-1123. Southwestern Bell Mobile Systems Communications Antenna, a zoning change from LI (Light Industrial) to LI-S.U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit), to allow a communications antenna to be mounted on an existing 75'-high AT&T monopole and the construction of an equipment cabinet on a 3,600 square foot site, located within the Shake and Single Addition, approximately 350' east of North Lake Drive and north of Belt Line Road, at the request of Zone Systems, Inc. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City of CoppeH and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
