of Case No. S-1123R~ AT&T Wireless Services, zoning change request for property zoned LI-
S.U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit), to allow a 20' extension of a preexisting 75'-high
AT&T monopole and to accommodate the collocation of antennas on property located at 200 E.
Beltline Road, at the request of AT&T Wireless Services. The Planning and Zoning Commission
may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested,
including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and
other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any
citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this
Special Use Permit request by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255
Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.
