The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 21st day of August, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. S-1131, Chadick Art Annex, zoning change from HO-R (Historic
Overlay, Retail) to HO-R-S.U.P. (Historic Overlay, Retail, Special Use Permit) to allow asphalt
pavement on-site for driveways and parking for the art annex complex located along the south
side of Bethel Road, approximately 60 feet west of Coppell Road, at the request of Steven R.
Chadick. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district
which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. All
interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this
public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may
also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter addressed to the
City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019.

annex complex located along the south side of Bethel Road, approximately 60 feet west of
Coppell Road, at the request of Steven R. Chadick. All interested citizens of the City of
