The plonnln~ and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 20th day of March, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. $-1127. AFI~. Oil & Ga.~ Consult~uts, zoning change from LI (Light
Industrial) to LI-S.U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit), to allow the drilling and
production of oil and gas minerals on 42.3267 acres of property, located approximately 680'
south of Corporate Park Blvd., along the east side of S.H. 121, at the request of Sanford and
Jason Dvorin. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning
district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development
District. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited
to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party
of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter
