The plonnin, and Zoning CommL~ion of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on
Thursday, the 17th day of April, 1997, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for
consideration of Case No. S-1128. Nextel of Tex~.~ Communications Antenna, zoning change
from LI (Light Industrial) to LI-S.U.P. (Light Industrial, Special Use Permit), to allow the
construction of a 120' monopole with three (3) omni whip antennas attached and a 200 square
foot equipment cabinet at the base of the monopole on a 2,500 square foot site, located 1,320
feet west of Coppell Road and 1,390 feet north of Sandy Lake Road, at the request of Nextel
of Texas, Inc. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning
district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development
District. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited
to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party
of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning this zoning change request by letter
addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX
75019.
