Box 693 Coppell TX 75019 RE: Ordinance for S-11291L Artisan Landscaoe, Inc. Dear Brian: This is a reminder that the first condition of your Special Use Permit reads: (A) Deliveries of materials from semi-trucks or other trucks larger than a small six (6) cubic yard capacity vehicle shall not be made on or to the property. You can expect that the City will receive reports of any obvious violations to the the conditions of your S.U.P. My reason for pointing out Condition (A) is that we have received a report of an "18 wheeler" making a delivery at 832 Howell Drive. The Inspections Department has endured ample aggravation in the past over your business operation at this location. As far as I am concerned, you need to toe the line this time, and this is hardly a good start. Any further significant number of verifiable violations to the conditions of your S.U.P. will result in a recommendation to the Planning and Zoning Commission that it call a public hearing to reclassify the property as "C" Commericial without a Special Use Permit.
