Re: Response to alleged violations pertaining to ordinance
for S-1129R, Artisan Landscape, Inc.
Dear Pert:
I am very well aware of all facts and agreements made concerning Artisan Landscape's special use
permit and can assure you that no agreements or laws have been broken, nor will they ever be.
At this present time Artisan Landscape, Inc.'s office located at 832 Howell Dr. is under
renovation to the exacting requirements the City has made and the only heavy equipment and
large trucks coming to our property have been construction related.
Your letter to me of December 23, 1997 states that the Inspection Department has endured ample
aggravation in the past over my business at this location. I do not believe that this is the case.
Artisan Landscape has always attempted to be a corporate citizen of Coppell. To my knowledge,
Artisan Landscape has been contacted only once by the Inspection Department in the past and this
was approximately five years ago. On that occasion, Mr. Greg Jones advised me that the trees we
were storing on a neighboring property was not permitted. Mr. Jones gave me a deadline by
which we were to remove our trees and we complied with that deadline. I sincerely hope that that
one incident does not rise to the level of"ample aggravation".
