Dear Mr. Bauman:
Please be advised that Section 35-2-B-3 of the Coppell Zoning Code Ordinance requires
that exterior walls of accessory buildings that are 150 square feet in area, or more, be at
least 80% masonry. The zoning ordinance further defines masonry as brick, stone,
concrete or other similar materials but excluding stucco and "concrete blocks".
