Notice of Public Hearing T H Fr C I T Y 0 F COPP-EL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Planning and Zoning Commission of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Thursday, the 17th day of August, at 6:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of Case No. S-1155R2 Dickey's Barbecue Pit, zoning change to amend and expand the Special Use Permit site plan to allow additional parking spaces at the rear of 804 Bullock Drive, at the request of Henggeler Properties, L.P. The Planning and Zoning Commission may also consider any other zoning district which is more restrictive than that requested, including the Planned Development District. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same. Any citizen of the City or other party of interest may also express his or her opinion concerning these zoning change requests by letter addressed to the City of Coppell Planning Department, 255 Parkway Boulevard, Coppell, TX 75019. The City Council of the City of Coppell will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, the 12th day of September, 2000, at 7:30 p.m., in the Coppell Town Center, for consideration of the Planning and Zoning Commission's recommendation relative to Case No. S-1155R2 Dickey's Barbecue Pit, zoning change to amend and expand the Special Use Permit site plan to allow additional parking spaces at the rear of 804 Bullock Drive, at the request of Henggeler Properties, L.P. All interested citizens of the City of Coppell and other parties of interest are invited to attend this public hearing and participate in the same.
