On behalf of the Landlord, we have reviewed the plans and drawings for the expansion of
the Patio at Palios Pizza Restaurant at the above location and approve of the project.
Palio's had recently updated the inside of the store and has a need for additional seating
on the Front Patio to accommodate its customers. As you know they have been a long
term Tenant at the center and we support their plans at the center.
